Job summary

Mindsets is seeking a Founding Partner to lead InvestBridge, an AI-powered marketplace connecting investors with SME founders. You will validate the opportunity, build the MVP, and work with Mindsets Ventures to scale the venture through multiple funding rounds and strategic partnerships.

The role requires hands-on leadership, fundraising capability, and the ability to drive product-market fit in a fast-paced environment across the GCC and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive validation to ensure there is a problem solution fit.
• Build the MVP, experiment with early users and iterate on the solution.
• Commercialize the solution to find product market fit before scaling.
• Attend, exhibit and present at local, regional and global events.
• Raise required funding for the startup at multiple stages.
• Build relationships with investors, SMEs, and other ecosystem partners.
• Any other founder responsibility required to build the startup.
