Job summary

PAIRES is seeking a founding Head of Brand to own our identity, voice and visual language across founders, investors and partners. You will craft content strategy, lead editorial output, and direct shoots, delivering high-impact posts and video that shapes how the market perceives PAIRES.

The role offers full remote work with asynchronous collaboration, direct access to the co-founders, and creative freedom to build a brand from day one while growing a team and leveraging our interview library

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and run a brand end-to-end with measurable results.
• Write, edit video and direct shoots; able to brief out work and still produce.
• Strong editorial voice across posts, newsletters, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Own brand identity, positioning voice, and visual identity across channels.
• Lead editorial and social: weekly founder posts, company posts, newsletters, quarterly report.
• Own video library: repurpose interviews into films, series, clips; manage shoots and edits.
