Job summary

PER, based in Abu Dhabi, seeks a project management professional to support client solutions in private markets. The role coordinates RFPs, DDQs and investor due diligence, manages investor data rooms and fundraising documentation, and assists with new fund launches and investor reporting.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with fundraising materials, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to coordinate across investment, fundraising, legal and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in private markets, asset management, investor relations or fundraising support.
• Hands-on with RFPs, DDQs, investor due diligence or fundraising documents.
• Solid understanding of private market fund structures and fundraising processes.
• Experience with fund launches, investor data rooms or CRM systems is a plus.
• Exposure to evergreen fund structures is desirable.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RFPs, DDQs and investor due diligence requests with investment teams and internal stakeholders.
• Manage investor data rooms, fund documentation and marketing materials to keep information up to date.
• Support new fund launches, coordinating documentation, approvals and key deliverables.
• Prepare investor presentations, pitch materials and fundraising documents.
• Improve processes around product information, governance and investor reporting.
• Support development of CRM systems, investor databases and fundraising reporting.
• Manage multiple projects across investment, fundraising, legal and operations teams.
