Job summary

PAIRES is seeking a Brand Lead to own the public record and ensure it becomes the source others quote when discussing capital raises. You will shape pages, press, and directories so AI engines and journalists cite PAIRES as the reference point.

This role reports to the two co-founders and works with a flat structure alongside the brand and content team. Your work will measure impact through true engagement with founders and investors, not vanity impressions, and you will continuously refine

Qualifications

• Proven track record building a brand presence in tech/startup environments.
• Strong understanding of how AI and search engines cite brand stories.
• Experience writing and publishing pages that become reference sources.

Responsibilities

• Own the citable layer: ensure pages and newsroom are consistently linked and trusted.
• Improve search visibility and AI citations across directories and newsrooms.
• Maintain a single, authoritative record of Pairs on every platform.
• Collaborate with brand and content teams and report to the two co-founders.
