PAIRES is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to research reach and book investors behind opportunities on Pairs. The role sits on the investor side, building investor lists, drafting outreach, and running end-to-end conversations with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, angels and funds.

You will work directly with the two co-founders and the investor team in a flat organisation. This is an early-career role with a fast pace, a focus on quality, and a base salary plus commission.

Qualifikationen

• Experience building investor or buyer lists on live processes.
• Ability to draft targeted messages to busy investors that elicit replies.
• Comfort with high pace and following a structured outreach process.

• Build and maintain investor lists by stage, sector, check size and activity.
• Draft and send initial investor outreach messages.
• Schedule and coordinate investor meetings with founders.
• Keep detailed records of conversations, meetings and outcomes.
