Key Responsibilities

• Observe children during learning activities and record developmental progress.
• Use assessment information to identify individual strengths and areas requiring further support.
• Adapt classroom activities according to different learning abilities and developmental needs.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-organized classroom environment.
• Encourage positive behavior and respectful interaction among children.
• Use stories, songs, creative tasks, practical activities, and educational resources to enrich learning.
• Prepare learning areas and classroom displays that support EYFS objectives.
• Communicate clearly with parents regarding children 's progress, wellbeing, and learning priorities.
• Maintain accurate student records and classroom documentation.
