Key Responsibilities

• Teach Foundation Stage students using EYFS curriculum standards and age‑appropriate classroom methods.
• Plan engaging lessons, play‑based learning activities, and classroom routines that support early childhood development.
• Create a safe, caring, and stimulating learning environment for young children.
• Support students' development in communication, literacy, numeracy, social skills, creativity, and personal confidence.
• Observe, assess, and record children's learning progress through structured EYFS assessment practices.
• Use differentiated teaching strategies to support children with varied abilities, learning styles, and developmental needs.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, classroom activities, and early learning milestones.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, school leadership, and support staff to maintain strong teaching standards.
• Promote positive behaviour, independence, curiosity, and emotional wellbeing among Foundation Stage learners.
• Maintain classroom resources, learning areas, displays, and documentation in an organized and child‑friendly manner.

Ideal Profile

• PG or UG qualification with certificates attested in the UAE
• B.Ed qualification is mandatory
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same field is required
• Good knowledge of the EYFS Curriculum
• Experience in a British Curriculum school will be an advantage
