Role Context

This position is designed for an early years educator who can create meaningful learning experiences during the Foundation Stage, when children develop essential communication, social, emotional, physical, literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving abilities. The Foundation Stage Teacher will use the EYFS framework to plan age-appropriate learning, encourage curiosity through play and exploration, and provide the structure and care young learners need to progress confidently. The role also requires close collaboration with colleagues and families to maintain consistency between classroom learning and individual developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities

Ideal Profile Candidates

Candidates should hold an undergraduate or postgraduate qualification supported by certificates attested in the United Arab Emirates. A B.Ed qualification is mandatory for this position. Applicants should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in the same or a closely related Foundation Stage teaching role. Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum is essential. Experience teaching within a British Curriculum school would be an advantage. The successful candidate should demonstrate excellent English communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with young children, parents, colleagues, and school leadership.
