Ideal Profile Candidates should have a minimum of one to two years of relevant experience as a Foundation Stage, Kindergarten, or early years teacher. A Bachelor of Education qualification is mandatory. Applicants may also hold relevant undergraduate or postgraduate qualifications, with certificates appropriately attested for use in the United Arab Emirates. Good knowledge of the EYFS Curriculum is required. Previous teaching experience within a British Curriculum environment is considered an advantage. Candidates should demonstrate an understanding of early childhood development and the importance of learning through purposeful play and exploration. Excellent English communication skills are essential. The successful candidate should demonstrate effective lesson planning, classroom organization, student observation, progress monitoring, and behavior management abilities.
