Key Responsibilities
- Teach Foundation Stage or Homeroom classes using age-appropriate teaching methods and structured learning plans
- Plan engaging lessons, classroom routines, activities, and learning experiences aligned with EYFS and primary learning expectations
- Support children's development in communication, literacy, numeracy, creativity, social skills, and emotional confidence
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and participation
- Use differentiated instruction to meet the needs of students with different learning styles, abilities, and developmental levels
- Observe student progress, maintain learning records, and provide feedback to support academic and personal growth
- Prepare classroom resources, displays, activity areas, and child-friendly learning materials
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding classroom activities, progress updates, and developmental milestones
- Work with colleagues, coordinators, and school leadership to maintain strong teaching standards
- Promote positive behavior, independence, teamwork, and confidence among young learners
Ideal Profile
- B.Ed qualification is mandatory, with certificate attested from the UAE
- PG or UG qualification in a relevant field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Foundation Stage, Homeroom, early years, or primary teaching
- Good knowledge of the EYFS Curriculum
- Experience in a British Curriculum school will be an advantage
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong classroom management and student engagement ability
- Caring, patient, creative, and committed to student-centered learning
