Job summary

Destination Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Coordinator to support the F&B department in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the F&B administration and help uphold brand standards and policies.

Key duties include maintaining the F&B administration office, updating colleagues on company policies, managing mail, maintaining filing systems, and ensuring menus and collaterals are displayed correctly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in hotel operations.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with all business contacts and maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of the F&B Administration office.
• Provide updates to all F&B colleagues on company policies, news, announcements.
• Administer all mail going in and out of the F&B Administration office.
• Maintain a proper filing system for all Food and Beverage records.
• Ensure all F&B collaterals including menus are clean and displayed correctly.
