Job summary

Destination Hotels in Abu Dhabi seeks a Culinary Admin to support the smooth operation of the Culinary Department, ensuring coordination, administration, and communication are handled professionally and discreetly in line with hotel policies and brand standards.

You will manage the Culinary Administration office, handle mail, maintain filing systems for department records, and assist Culinary management with duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in the hotel operations.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal skills in order to deal effectively with all business contacts, maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of the Culinary Administration office.
• Administer all mail going in and out of the CulinaryAdministrationoffice
• Ensure a proper filing system is maintained for all Culinary Department records
• Any other duties or projects assigned by the Culinary management
