• Enter, retrieve, and locate work-related information using computers and point of sale systems.
• Read and visually verify information presented in various formats, including small print.
• Exchange operational information with colleagues using email, pagers, two-way radios, and other electronic communication tools.
• Engage guests in conversation about their stay and available property services.
• Provide relevant information about local attractions and area offerings.
• Perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.
