Job summary

Yosh in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Food & Beverage Coordinator to ensure efficient service, high-quality products and excellent customer experience. You will coordinate staff, suppliers, stock, menus and service requirements in a professional and timely manner.

The role emphasizes strong organisation, communication, and customer service, with duties spanning events, stock management, safety compliance and cross-team coordination to sustain top service levels.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food and beverage coordination, hospitality, catering, restaurant operations, events or customer service.
• Knowledge of UK food safety, hygiene, allergen awareness and health and safety requirements.
• Current food hygiene certification, or willingness to obtain it where required.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office or relevant stock, booking and hospitality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily food and beverage activities, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Support the planning and delivery of menus, refreshments, catering services and special events.
• Monitor service standards, presentation, portion control, product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house activities to maintain effective communication and workflow.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests, feedback, complaints and special requirements.
• Assist with budgeting, cost control, invoice checking and monitoring food and beverage expenditure.
• Prepare routine updates and reports covering stock, staffing, service standards, wastage and customer feedback.
