Job summary

YOSH HOSPITALITY LLC OPC is seeking an experienced F&B Operations Coordinator in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate daily food and beverage activities, assist with menus, catering, and events, and ensure service standards and quality across front-of-house and back-of-house.

You will liaise with chefs, service staff, clients, and suppliers to deliver seamless hospitality experiences. Ideal candidates have hospitality or catering experience, knowledge of food safety, and strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating food and beverage operations, hospitality, catering, events or customer service.
• Familiarity with food safety, allergen awareness and health and safety requirements.
• Certifications in hospitality or food hygiene are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily food and beverage activities to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Assist with planning menus, refreshments, catering and events.
• Monitor service standards, presentation and quality across front-of-house and back-of-house.
• Communicate menus, bookings, events and dietary requirements to relevant teams.
• Maintain stock, ordering, and supplier coordination for F&B operations.
