Qualifications

• Proven experience as a hostess/receptionist or in customer service within hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Fluency in English; additional languages helpful.

We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Hostess to join our dynamic hospitality team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. As the first point of contact for our guests you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and organization.

• Greet guests warmly and courteously upon arrival creating a positive first impression and setting the tone for their dining experience
• Manage reservations efficiently using our reservation system and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table flow and guest satisfaction
• Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus while offering information about current specials and dining options
• Maintain clear and collaborative communication with servers kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service coordination
• Answer guest inquiries regarding menu items restaurant services and special accommodations with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Address guest concerns and requests promptly and empathetically resolving issues in a manner that exceeds expectations
• Maintain the reception and dining areas in a clean organized and welcoming condition at all times
• Assist with table operations including serving clearing and resetting tables as needed to support the service team
• Monitor dining room activity and guest flow to optimize efficiency and guest comfort throughout service periods
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and inclusivity in all guest interactions recognizing the diverse clientele in Abu Dhabi

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a hostess receptionist or in a customer service role preferably within the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests from diverse backgrounds
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment
• Proficiency in reservation management systems and basic computer skills
• Professional appearance demeanor and a positive vibrant attitude that reflects our brand values
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic RussianFrench or other languages) are highly preferred
• Ability to remain calm composed and solution-oriented when handling challenging situations or guest requests
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisive decisions
• Demonstrated commitment to guest service excellence and a genuine passion for hospitality
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity with an understanding of diverse dining preferences and customs relevant to the Abu Dhabi market
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays as required
