Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island is seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Hostess to join our premier Abu Dhabi team. You will be the first point of contact, greeting guests and ensuring a memorable dining experience with professional, welcoming service.

Responsibilities include managing reservations, guiding guests to seats, serving, and coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations, while upholding high standards of brand quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a hostess/receptionist or in customer service within hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Fluency in English; additional languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and set a positive tone for dining.
• Manage reservations and coordinate seating for optimal flow.
• Escort guests to tables and present menus with dining options.
• Maintain clear communication with servers, kitchen, and management for seamless service.
• Answer inquiries about menus, services, and accommodations with professionalism.
• Address guest concerns promptly and empathetically to exceed expectations.
• Keep reception and dining areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Assist with table operations—serving, clearing, and resetting as needed.
• Monitor dining room activity and guest flow to ensure comfort.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity with Abu Dhabi's diverse clientele.
