Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle is seeking a Business Development Manager for Traditional Trade in Dubai to drive sales strategy and growth within UAE's leading retailers. The role focuses on distributor and key account management, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize availability and pricing.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in FMCG sales with 2+ years in management, strong knowledge of UAE trade, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

5 to 7 years’ experience in FMCG sales/business development with at least 2 years in a management role.
Thorough knowledge of UAE trade & Key retailers.
Prior experience in Key account management along with trade development – MT & TT.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve objectives.
Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and monitor performance.
Build and maintain relationships with distributors and retailers (Key Accounts).
Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
End to End P&L management to deliver yearly budget commitments.
Collaborate with Trade Marketing, marketing, supply chain and Finance for product availability and pricing.
Ensure all sales operations comply with company policies and regulations.
