• Proven leadership in UAE sales, distribution and commercial operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute UAE Sales/Commercial Strategy, annual business plan, budget and revenue targets.
• Drive growth across brands, channels, customers and regions.
• Lead sales and distribution operations and improve market coverage, availability and visibility.
• Manage relationships with Modern Trade, Key Accounts, Pharmacies and Retail chains.
• Lead JBP, pricing, promotions, terms and customer investments.
