Job summary

Gulf Marketing Group (GMG Group) in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Business Development Manager to grow GMG’s brand portfolio and revenue across the UAE. You will lead end-to-end processes from brand scouting to onboarding into GMG’s supply chain, ensuring strong Real Margin and profitability.

The role requires building a structured pipeline, leading negotiations, and developing new B2B channels across UAE markets, reporting to the leadership and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5 years in Sales/Business Development, UAE experience preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to build business plans.
• Knowledge of logistics and distribution management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Identify and acquire new brands and principals.
• Lead end-to-end commercial feasibility and landed-cost modeling.
