Job summary

Euro Staffs in Dubai is seeking a Business Development Manager to own distributor acquisition across the UAE, engaging with business owners and sales directors in person. You will manage the end-to-end onboarding, including KYC verification, catalogue uploads, and price-list setup, coordinating with IT and Operations to go live.

The role demands 4–6 years in B2B sales within UAE FMCG, a proven deal-closing track record, and the ability to drive monthly targets.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of B2B sales or business development experience, including UAE FMCG experience.
• Established network of UAE FMCG distributors and wholesalers.
• Proven track record of closing B2B deals with business owners.

Responsibilities

• Own distributor acquisition across the UAE, meeting business owners and directors face-to-face.
• Build and manage a pipeline of FMCG distributors across Dubai and Emirates.
• Lead onboarding: KYC, catalogue and price uploads, and IT/Operations coordination.
• Support suppliers’ first orders and ensure activation and live status.
• Record all interactions in the CRM and report weekly on pipeline progress.
