Qualifications

• Emirati / UAE National.
• 2–5 years of experience in FMCG business development, sales, or key account management.
• Strong understanding of the UAE FMCG market and distribution channels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to assess pricing, margins, and commercial opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Professional communication in Arabic and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• UAE driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the FMCG sector.
• Source potential brands and engage with manufacturers and suppliers to explore distribution partnerships.
• Build relationships with supermarkets, retailers, wholesalers, and other relevant sales channels.
• Arrange and attend meetings with clients, suppliers, and business partners.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, pricing analyses, and sales forecasts.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and distribution agreements.
• Research market trends, competitor products, and customer demand.
• Maintain a business development pipeline, follow up on opportunities, and report progress to management.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, logistics, and registration teams to support product launches.
• Achieve agreed business development and sales targets.
