Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead overall strategy and performance of the business.
• Own revenue, profitability, budgets and P&L delivery.
• Develop and execute an ambitious commercial growth strategy.
• Identify opportunities across new markets, channels and products.
• Strengthen relationships with key accounts, distributors and partners.
• Optimize route-to-market models across channels.
• Lead commercial negotiations and major customer agreements.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment of sales, marketing, supply chain and finance.
