Job summary

Antal International is seeking a Business Development Executive in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with 3+ years of sales and business development experience in Facilities Management. You will drive UAE sales, identify opportunities, support proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to grow the business.

Responsibilities include generating leads, visiting clients, preparing proposals, and maintaining CRM/bid registers to meet monthly targets. Strong communication and Excel/AI tool skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' FM sales experience.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tool knowledge.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proactive, independent and customer-focused approach.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM, reporting and AI tools.
• Skilled in lead generation, client site surveys, quotations, cost estimation and proposal preparation.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and secure new business for FM services.
• Conduct client visits, understand requirements, and propose tailored solutions.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, technical and commercial proposals.
• Build client relationships, conduct presentations, negotiate, and close deals.
• Identify tender opportunities and manage portal registrations.
• Use AI and digital tools for market research, reporting, and proposals.
• Maintain CRM and bid registers, follow up on leads, and meet sales targets.
• Manage sales activities independently with minimal supervision.
