Job summary

Lootah Holding LLC is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to drive facility management services across the UAE. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline, and closing contracts for soft/hard FM, MEP maintenance, cleaning, and related services.

You will engage clients through meetings, site assessments, and tailored proposals, coordinating with operations and finance to deliver exceptional service and secure renewals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in Business, Engineering, FM, or related field.
• 2–5 years UAE experience in sales or business development within FM preferred.
• Knowledge of FM services: MEP maintenance, cleaning, security, HVAC, AMC, and related services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for facility management services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, online platforms, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Conduct client meetings, site assessments, and technical discussions.
• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals based on client requirements.
• Participate in tendering processes and support documentation submission.
• Negotiate commercial terms, service agreements, and contract conditions.
• Follow up on proposals and quotations to secure new clients.
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals and upsell services.
• Liaise with operations, technical, and finance teams to ensure client satisfaction.
