Job summary

Farnek Services LLC is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive Facilities Management sales across the UAE. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering tailored FM solutions.

Ideal candidates have proven FM sales experience, strong knowledge of the UAE market, and fluency in Arabic and English. You will conduct site visits, prepare commercial proposals, and manage tenders, bids, and presentations to close deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Sales / Business Development experience.
• Facilities Management industry experience strongly preferred.
• Fluent Arabic communication is essential.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of UAE Facilities Management market is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities for Facilities Management services.
• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, market research, referrals, and other business development activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct client meetings and site visits independently to assess client requirements.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, technical solutions, commercial proposals, and presentations.
• Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies.
• Identify and register on relevant client/vendor portals and monitor suitable tender opportunities.
• Prepare and submit professional tenders, proposals, and presentations within deadlines.
• Present company services and solutions to prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, proposals, and tenders and ensure timely closure.
• Negotiate commercial terms with clients and support contract closure.
• Develop existing accounts and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Support renewals and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Maintain CRM and Bid Register updates.
