Career Executive is seeking experienced Business Development professionals for opportunities across the UAE. The role focuses on growing the client base, forming strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in a dynamic market.

Candidates should have a strong commercial mindset, 3+ years in business development or related roles, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or similar.
• Experience with a multinational company or established regional player is preferred.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and achieve commercial objectives.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the UAE market and business environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or Chinese is a plus depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships in the UAE.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop business development strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate commercial terms.
