Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services presents an exciting Floor Manager role for a premium Dubai restaurant, leading day-to-day FOH operations and ensuring flawless guest experiences.

You will supervise and train the service team, manage reservations and VIPs, and coordinate with the kitchen to uphold premium standards. Excellent English and 5+ years in upscale dining are essential for success in this high-end environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of restaurant/F&B experience with supervisory or management experience in premium, upscale, or fine-dining establishments.
• Proven experience leading and managing FOH teams, including waiters, hosts/hostesses, runners and other service staff.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards, reservations, POS operations, guest recovery, and upselling techniques.
• Excellent English communication skills with a confident, guest-focused approach and a pleasing personality.
