Job summary

The Arts Club Dubai, located in DIFC, is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to lead luxury restaurant operations. You will oversee the Lounge and main dining areas, ensuring impeccable service, quality standards and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3 years in luxury hotels or fine dining, excellent English, strong leadership and organizational skills, and a passion for driving brand loyalty through superior F&B offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in same or similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurant
• Excellent level of English, written and spoken
• Good knowledge of Food and Beverage products, trends and services
• Strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility
• Excellent team management, communication and listening skills
• Demonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain high level of confidentiality
• Have the ability to drive initiatives to increase brand loyalty
• Ability to work long shifts and stand for the extended period of time

Responsibilities

• Oversee the restaurant operation, including the Lounge, delivering efficient service.
• Assist menu planning and updates in collaboration with department heads.
• Estimate consumption, forecast needs and manage inventory.
• Assist marketing strategy development and implement policies to boost productivity and sales.
• Maximise financial performance by controlling costs while upholding standards for members and guests.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports including cash up, rosters, summaries and manager logs.
• Monitor operations and take corrective actions as needed.
• Supervise the team to maintain service and presentation standards.

The Arts Club Dubai is perfectly located in the heart of the DIFC, set over four floors and totaling 65,000 square feet, in the brand-new ICD Brookfield Place development designed by Foster + Partners. What Will You Do

• Support with managing and overseeing the entire restaurant operation including Lounge area, by providing a highly efficient and effective service
• Support with planning new and updating existing food and beverage menus while working closely with respective department heads
• Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
• Support with planning and developing the overall restaurant marketing strategy, and implement innovative policies to improve productivity and sales
• Ensure to maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility, by controlling costs without compromising standards and the members and guests experience
• Create and maintain daily and weekly reports including cash up, rota, summaries, manager logs, etc.
• Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
• Supervise the team, and make sure that the correct standards and methods of service and food and beverage presentation are maintained throughout

What We Are Looking For
