Job summary

Career Nest Academy in Dubai is opening a new all-day restaurant and seeks a front-of-house supervisor to coordinate the team and own the guest experience from the first cover to the last goodbye. You will manage morning, lunch, and dinner service, ensuring smooth flow with the kitchen and bar.

The role emphasizes leadership by example, daily training, and maintaining high standards. Fluency in English is essential; additional European language or Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a supervisory/front-of-house role in premium/high-volume settings.
• Lead by example, not just rosters.
• Stay calm and fast when things go wrong.
• Fluent English; second European language or Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Run the full floor, coordinating with kitchen and bar to keep service flowing.
• Brief, train, and motivate the team daily, and uphold standards during turnover.
• Own guest satisfaction: handle issues calmly and follow up on feedback.
• Check mise en place, table settings, and shift planning before guests arrive.
• Know the menu and drinks list, and ensure the team does too.
