Job summary

AlphaMind is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee daily floor operations in a high-end dining environment, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You will supervise staff, maintain luxury service standards, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in fine dining, strong wine knowledge, and fluency in English. This role offers a dynamic, collaborative environment with opportunities for development within a leading hospitality

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years' experience in a similar role within fine dining or high-end restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of wine and luxury service standards.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate floor operations during service to ensure smooth and efficient flow.
• Maintain the highest standards of service, etiquette, grooming, and presentation in line with luxury brand expectations.
• Lead, train, and motivate waitstaff, ensuring consistency in service delivery.
• Actively engage with guests, handle inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally and discreetly.
• Ensure VIP guests and regular patrons receive personalized and memorable service.
• Monitor table turns, reservations, seating plans, and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar, and host teams to ensure seamless service.
• Enforce health, safety, hygiene, and SOP standards at all times.
• Assist management with daily briefings, shift reports, and performance feedback.
• Support upselling initiatives and ensure staff are knowledgeable about menus, wine, and promotions
