Job summary

Ali & Sons in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Fleet Sales Manager to lead and develop the corporate fleet sales operation, align targets with the department's objectives, and drive growth across government, rental and leasing sectors.

You will supervise the fleet sales team, manage key accounts, coordinate with Finance, Logistics and Delivery, and report on pipelines and forecasts while ensuring pricing and terms compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing or related field.

Role Purpose

To achieve individual fleet sales targets while supervising and supporting the fleet sales team in meeting departmental objectives. The role combines direct sales and business development with team supervision, key account management, and coordination of fleet sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual individual and team fleet sales targets.
• Generate new business from corporate, rental, leasing, and government customers to meet agreed sales and revenue goals.
• Manage key accounts, negotiate commercial terms, secure purchase orders, and drive repeat business.
• Supervise and coach the fleet sales team, monitoring individual performance, pipeline conversion, and target achievement.
• Coordinate with Finance, Logistics, Stock Control, Registration, and Delivery teams to ensure timely invoicing and vehicle deliveries.
• Monitor sales pipelines, prepare regular forecasts, and report on sales performance against targets.
• Ensure compliance with approved pricing, credit terms, and company procedures.

Experience

• Minimum 3 5 years of automotive sales experience, preferably in fleet or corporate sales.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Good understanding of the UAE automotive and fleet market.
• Proven ability to generate new business, manage corporate accounts, and achieve sales targets.

Education

• Bachelor s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Software & Computer Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools.

Languages

• Strong communication skills in English are required; additional languages are an advantage.
