Ali & Sons Motors in the UAE seeks a results-driven Sales Executive to welcome customers, identify vehicle requirements and present features and options across our premium line.

You will drive sales targets, prepare quotations, and coordinate vehicle delivery while using Arabic and English fluency and a UAE driving licence as assets.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in automotive or car sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong customer service, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with standard office software.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and identify their vehicle requirements and preferences.
• Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, performance, and benefits to customers.
• Promote Ali & Sons services at the point of sale, including registration, insurance, and after-sales services.
• Recommend suitable optional equipment, accessories, and products based on customer needs.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
• Prepare and communicate accurate pricing, discounts, financing requirements, and quotations.
• Advise customers on availability of new and used vehicle models.
• Maintain regular follow-up with potential and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery with the New & Used Car Storekeeper.
• Coordinate with Sales Customer Relations Representative regarding vehicle registration and insurance.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on models, features, promotions, and market developments.
• Ensure a professional and seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and identify their vehicle requirements and preferences.
• Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, performance, and benefits to customers.
• Promote Ali & Sons services available at the point of sale, including vehicle registration, insurance, and after‑sales services.

• Advise customers on the current and upcoming availability of new and used vehicle models.

• Coordinate vehicle delivery with the New & Used Car Storekeeper.
• Coordinate with the Sales Customer Relations Representative regarding vehicle registration and insurance.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on available models, features, promotions, and market developments.
• Ensure a professional and seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the automotive/car sales industry.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong customer service, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Fluent in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of standard office applications.
• Presentable, proactive, customer‑focused, and highly motivated to succeed in a premium automotive environment.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
