Al-Futtaim is seeking a skilled Technical Coordinator to support rental fleet maintenance and repair operations in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will coordinate daily vehicle movements, oversee repairs, and liaise with workshops, drivers, insurers, surveyors, and vendors to maintain high fleet availability.

Experience in accident repairs and insurance follow-up is essential. Responsibilities include monitoring repair progress, updating CarPro records, preparing status reports, and ensuring timely return

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in fleet operations, rent-a-car maintenance, or workshop coordination.
• Proven experience coordinating vehicle maintenance and repair activities.
• Practical experience handling accident repair cases and insurance follow-up procedures.
• Familiarity with fleet management systems and recording vehicle status.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate fleet movements between rental branches and workshops.
• Assign vehicles to workshops based on maintenance or repair needs.
• Monitor repair progress and update CarPro with status.
• Follow up on insurance approvals and accident repair timelines.
• Prepare repair estimates with photos and organize workflow.
• Escalate delays to minimize downtime and maximize availability.
