FIVE Hotels & Resorts seeks a Reservations Associate to own guest interactions across channels, confirm bookings, and enhance the guest journey with proactive communication and luxury service standards. You will manage extranets, upsell, and coordinate with the Front Office and Finance teams to ensure seamless travel experiences.

The role emphasizes accuracy, responsiveness, and a can-do attitude within a fast-paced luxury hotel environment in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a Luxury Hotel environment is a plus.
• Mastery of Word, Excel and Outlook; Opera PMS knowledge.
• Call Centre experience and Genesys knowledge advantageous.
• Fluent English with accent-neutral pronunciation.

Responsabilités

• Act as the initial touch point for room reservations.
• Contact guests arriving within 24 hours to confirm reservations and special requests.
• Respond promptly to sales inquiries while maintaining FIVE’s standards.
• Handle guest communications across multiple channels with 24-hour response targets.
• Promote hotel with exceptional telephone skills and guest-facing conversations.
• Maintain accurate reservation details in FIVE’s property management system.
