Job summary

Accor Dubai seeks a Reservations Agent – Hotel Bookings to manage guest enquiries, room inventory, and booking policies. You will promote suitable options, maintain accurate records, and work with Front Desk, Sales, and other departments to optimize occupancy and revenue.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in reservations within a five‑star hotel, with strong English communication, and experience using Opera or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in reservations in a five-star hotel.
• Experience using Opera or a comparable PMS/reservation system.
• Solid understanding of room categories, rates, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to telephone and email reservation enquiries.
• Provide accurate information on room types, rates, availability, and packages.
• Identify guest needs and upsell suitable room options.
• Create, modify, and confirm reservations in the hotel system.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Sales, Accounts and other departments.
