Job summary

NAFFCO FZCO in Dubai seeks an experienced Sales and Operations Manager to lead the sales and delivery of fire fighting and protection projects. You will develop business, manage clients, prepare proposals and coordinate projects from enquiry to completion, ensuring compliance with designs, standards, budgets, schedules and quality requirements.

Your role involves coordinating with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, reviewing enquiries and tenders, and driving profitable project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
• Relevant experience in sales, operations, or business development in fire protection.
• Proven experience in fire protection project sales and operations.
• Knowledge of fire protection equipment and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies for fire protection systems and related works.
• Identify opportunities with consultants, contractors, developers, and government entities.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and budgets.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, engineering and project teams.
• Lead negotiations and support contract award and project mobilisation.
• Manage projects through planning, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Monitor progress, budgets, resources, procurement and commercial performance.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, approvals, demonstrations and handover.
• Maintain records: as-built drawings, certificates, manuals and warranties.
