Job summary

NAFFCO in Sharjah UAE seeks an experienced Sales Engineer for Maintenance Contracts on Fire Fighting Systems to develop and manage contract opportunities, provide technical support, and ensure high service levels.

You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, travel to client sites across the UAE, and drive sales targets while ensuring NFPA UAE code compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in sales or technical roles related to fire fighting systems.
• Demonstrable track record of winning and managing service contracts.
• Familiarity with NFPA UAE Fire and Life Safety Code and local authority requirements.
• Proficient with MS Office; CRM/ERP experience; AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and pursue sales opportunities for maintenance contracts for fire fighting systems.
• Prepare proposals, service scopes, quotations, and contract documents with teams.
• Provide technical assessments and solution proposals during pre-sales and site surveys.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors; negotiate terms.
• Coordinate with operations, spare parts, and site teams for timely delivery and maintenance.
• Conduct inspections, identify defects, and recommend remedial works.
• Ensure compliance with standards and advise on regulatory matters.
• Aim to achieve sales targets and support business development activities.
• Provide handover documentation and technical briefings to operations.
