Job summary

NAFFCO is seeking an experienced Sales and Operations Manager to lead the sales and delivery of fire protection projects in the UAE. You will develop business, manage clients, prepare proposals, and coordinate projects from enquiry to completion, ensuring compliance with drawings, standards, budgets, schedules, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in sales, operations, project management, or business development for fire protection.
• Proven fire protection project sales and operations experience.
• Knowledge of fire pumps, sprinklers, hydrants, and related equipment.
• Understanding tendering, estimation, contracts, procurement, installation, testing, and handover.
• Familiarity with fire codes, standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Ability to interpret drawings, calculations, quantities, and timelines.
• Strong ability to generate sales, manage pipelines, negotiate terms, and meet targets.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and client relationships.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM/ERP or project management tools.
• Strong commercial acumen, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and delivery of fire protection projects from enquiry to completion.
• Develop sales strategies for fire protection systems and related works.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, developers, and government entities.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and budgets.
• Manage projects through planning, procurement, installation, testing, and handover.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, engineering, and project teams.
• Monitor progress, budgets, resources, and commercial performance.
• Lead negotiations and support contract award and mobilisation.
