NAFFCO Careers is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to drive registrations, client acquisition, and market expansion for fire protection and life safety training programs. You will lead sales strategies, engage corporate and government clients, and promote comprehensive training offerings.

The role requires strong sales, marketing, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on expanding our academy's market presence across industries in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Proven record in B2B sales and client acquisition.
• Experience in marketing and brand development.
• Strong client relationships and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify new business and market opportunities.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in fire protection, life safety, HSE or related training services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase registrations, client acquisition, and revenue.
• Identify and engage corporate clients, government entities, contractors, consultants, and other potential customers.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and pursue repeat business.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and market visibility.
• Promote training courses, certifications, facilities, instructors, and capabilities through appropriate channels.
• Set and monitor sales targets and produce regular management reports.
• Analyze sales performance and recommend strategies to improve results.
