Job summary

NAFFCO Careers in Sharjah, UAE, seeks an experienced Sales Engineer to develop and manage maintenance contract opportunities for fire fighting systems. You will support customers and internal teams, translate requirements into maintenance plans, and help achieve service excellence.

You will coordinate with operations, prepare proposals, conduct site surveys, and build lasting client relationships while meeting sales targets and ensuring compliance with local codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years in sales or technical roles related to fire protection systems and maintenance contracts, UAE/GCC preferred.
• Proven track record in winning and managing service contracts; familiar with NFPA and local codes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and pursue maintenance contract opportunities for fire protection systems.
• Provide technical assessments and solution proposals during pre-sales, surveys and client presentations.
• Coordinate with operations, spare parts and site teams for timely maintenance and delivery.
• Maintain client relationships, negotiate terms and manage tender clarifications to secure contracts.
• Prepare commercial proposals, service scopes and contract documents with cross-functional teams.
