Job summary

Qashio Inc. in Dubai is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to fuel growth in our fast-growing fintech. You will identify new opportunities, reach out via cold calling, email and social outreach, and qualify leads for our commercial team.

You’ll collaborate with Account Executives, own activity targets, and use CRM to track pipeline, refine messaging and build lasting relationships with potential customers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of outbound sales experience, preferably B2B SaaS.
• Confident communication and ability to engage prospects quickly.
• Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting techniques (cold calling, email, social).

Responsibilities

• Create new opportunities through outbound channels (cold calls, emails, social).
• Communicate Qashio’s value proposition and tailor messaging by industry.
• Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to source pipeline.
• Track activity and progress against targets in CRM.
• Build lasting relationships with prospects and convert conversations into opportunities.
