Job summary

Qashio Payments Services is seeking a senior Territory Manager to drive strategic revenue growth in Dubai. You will own the Dubai territory, build executive relationships, and lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals from discovery through close.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in FinTech or enterprise tech, with a proven ability to exceed targets and operate as a strategic advisor to senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Experience selling to finance leaders (CFOs, Finance Directors, etc.).
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in quota-carrying roles.
• Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent presentation and executive communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and partnerships.
• Engage senior stakeholders across Dubai to drive deals from discovery to close.
• Lead discovery sessions and demonstrate product value aligned to objectives.
• Manage long, complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate pipeline in CRM and forecast reliably.
• Represent Qashio at events and customer meetings in Dubai.
