Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai seeks a Site Finishing Supervisor to oversee plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, ceilings, doors and windows on our projects, ensuring workmanship aligns with approved drawings and project specifications, and that finished works meet quality expectations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering, has at least 2 years UAE experience in finishing works, is male-present and Arabic-speaking, and holds

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering is required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant finishing works experience in the UAE.
• Male candidate preferred and Arabic speaker required.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, ceilings, doors and windows to ensure quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, architects, and site teams.
• Ensure finishing works follow approved drawings and project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Identify and resolve construction defects and coordinate snagging and rectification works.
• Monitor progress and ensure finishing activities stay on schedule.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and coordinate material requirements.
• Assist with final inspections, snagging, and project handover.
