Job summary

STS supreme technical services L.L.C in the United Arab Emirates seeks a civil engineer to lead interior fit-out and renovation projects from start to finish, review drawings, coordinate with project managers, designers, site supervisors and suppliers, and ensure timely, quality delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, 2–4 years UAE experience in interior finishing, strong AutoCAD and MS Office skills, and excellent communication and problem-solving

• Ability to read/interpret architectural, structural, and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise interior fit-out and renovation projects from start to completion
• Review architectural structural and shop drawings before site execution
• Coordinate with project managers designers site supervisors subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor daily site activities to ensure quality safety and timely project delivery
• Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before production and installation
• Ensure all works comply with project specifications, quality standards and UAE regulations
• Prepare work schedules, progress reports and material requirements
• Coordinate MEP, joinery, gypsum, flooring, ceiling, painting and finishing activities
• Attend client, consultant and site coordination meetings
• Identify technical issues on site and provide practical engineering solutions
• Monitor material usage and help control project costs
• Assist in project handover, snagging and close-out activities

Requirements

• strong Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering strong


• Minimum strong 2 4 years of UAE experience strong


• in interior fit-out renovation or construction projects


• Strong knowledge of interior finishing works joinery gypsum flooring ceiling painting and MEP coordination


• Ability to read and interpret architectural structural and shop drawings


• Proficiency in strong AutoCAD strong Microsoft Office and project documentation


• Good communication leadership and problem-solving skills strong


• Valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred strong


• Experience in residential villas, apartments and commercial fit-out projects.Strong organizational and time management skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
