Job summary

STS supreme technical services L.L.C in Dubai is seeking a capable Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out and renovation projects. You will ensure work aligns with approved drawings and specifications, coordinating with project managers, engineers, designers, subcontractors and suppliers to meet timelines.

The role requires 2+ years of UAE experience, strong knowledge of joinery, gypsum, painting, flooring, and MEP coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years UAE experience in interior fit-out and renovation projects.
• Experience on residential villas, apartments, offices and commercial fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of joinery, gypsum, painting, flooring, ceiling, marble, glass, MEP coordination and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and shop drawings.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience in residential villas apartments offices and commercial fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of joinery gypsum painting flooring ceiling marble glass MEP coordination and finishing works
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and shop drawings
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel Word Outlook
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred
