Job summary

Lussovero Living Building Contracting LLC seeks a proactive Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out and construction works in Dubai. You’ll coordinate daily operations, ensure drawings and specifications are followed, and uphold safety and quality.

You’ll manage workers and subcontractors, monitor progress against the schedule, prepare daily reports, and liaise with clients, consultants and management to resolve issues quickly. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of UAE site supervision experience in interior fit-out or construction.
• Practical knowledge of day-to-day site operations and fit-out activities.
• Good understanding of site coordination and construction sequencing.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for interior fit-out and construction works
• Manage and coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor daily progress and ensure works are completed according to the approved project schedule
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify any issues, delays, defects or coordination requirements
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineer, consultants, clients and subcontractors as required
• Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and project requirements
• Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure required standards are maintained
• Ensure proper sequencing and coordination between different trades to avoid delays and site conflicts
• Maintain daily site records including manpower, work progress, materials, deliveries, inspections and site activities
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports and other required site documentation
• Ensure workers follow proper site procedures, safety requirements and housekeeping standards
• Follow up on snagging works and ensure outstanding items are completed within the required timeframe
• Maintain good communication with the client, consultant, subcontractors and internal management team
• Support in achieving project targets for time, quality, safety and workmanship

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in site supervision, preferably within interior fit‑out, renovation or construction
• Practical knowledge of day‑to‑day site operations and construction fit‑out activities
• Good understanding of site coordination and construction sequencing
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Ability to coordinate and supervise workers and subcontractors effectively
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to read and understand drawings and project requirements
• Good knowledge of site safety, quality control and housekeeping requirements
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities simultaneously
• Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE
• Immediate joiners are preferred

Preferred Skills

• Experience in villa, residential, commercial, or luxury interior fit‑out projects
• Knowledge of finishing works, joinery, ceilings, partitions, flooring, painting, MEP coordination, and other fit‑out activities
• Experience preparing daily reports, progress updates, manpower records, and site documentation
• Ability to identify site issues and coordinate practical solutions quickly
