Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced Interior Fit-Out Supervisor to lead on-site activities, coordinate trades and ensure work adheres to drawings and quality standards.

You will manage daily progress, safety, material readiness, meetings with clients and teams, and support project handovers with timely snag clearance.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years UAE experience in interior fit-out with supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/interior drawings.
• Familiarity with UAE health and safety regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily interior fit-out activities at project sites.
• Allocate work to carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers and gypsum workers.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor progress to complete within the scheduled timeline.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Identify site issues and resolve promptly to minimize delays.
• Ensure availability of materials, tools and equipment for daily activities.
• Maintain site discipline and enforce health and safety regulations.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and monitor PPE usage.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management on status.
• Attend site meetings with clients, consultants and internal teams as needed.
• Verify measurements and completed work for subcontractor billing.
• Support project handover by ensuring snag items are rectified on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the scheduled timeline.
• Coordinate with Project Managers Site Engineers subcontractors and suppliers for smooth project execution.
• Inspect completed work and ensure compliance with company quality and safety requirements.
• Identify site issues and resolve them promptly to minimize delays.
• Ensure the availability of materials tools and equipment required for daily activities.

• Conduct daily toolbox talks and monitor the use of appropriate PPE.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 4–6 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing works such as gypsum, painting, flooring, ceiling, joinery, glass, MEP coordination, and finishing activities.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior fit-out drawings.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Familiarity with UAE health and safety regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred
