Job summary

Vertex Royal LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Site Engineer to supervise interior fit-out works on the project site. You will ensure work follows approved shop drawings, specs and project requirements while coordinating daily site activities with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and the client.

You will monitor progress, inspect quality, prepare progress reports, review drawings, submittals and method statements, and ensure timely snagging and handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• 1–3 years UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Ability to read/interprete architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; Revit/BIM is a plus.

• Support project close-out activities, testing, commissioning and final handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 1–3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials and finishing works.
• Experience in luxury villas, residential, commercial, hospitality or office fit-out projects is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Good knowledge of project coordination and site management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Revit and BIM coordination is an advantage.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
