Job summary

INTEXT INTERIOR DESIGN L.L.C is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out renovation and civil construction activities at project sites in the UAE. You will review drawings, coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors and suppliers, and plan daily site activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills, with 2-3 years UAE experience in interior fit-out or construction

Qualifications

• Read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.

• Must read and interpret multiple drawings and reports.

• Review project drawings, specifications and BOQs to ensure accurate execution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Plan and monitor daily site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, quality standards and local authority regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify any technical or quality issues.
• Prepare work schedules, progress reports and daily site reports.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate procurement to avoid project delays.
• Verify measurements and quantities for billing variations and subcontractor payments.
• Ensure proper implementation of health, safety and environmental HSE standards on site.
• Coordinate with MEP, joinery and finishing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Resolve technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions during construction.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Maintain project documentation including RFIs, inspection requests and site records.
• Ensure projects are handed over successfully while meeting client expectations.

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and civil construction works.

• Experience with AutoCAD, MS Office and project management software.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2-3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out, renovation or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil works, finishing works and interior fit-out execution.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office and project reporting.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, joinery and MEP drawings.
• Good understanding of UAE building regulations and quality standards.
• Excellent site supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to speak and understand Hindi fluently.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under deadlines.
